Executive coaching tends to focus on the present and future rather than the past. Coaches help people identify their goals and the obstacles they are facing. Coaching involves guidance and support but also places a great deal of emphasis on action and accountability.
Susan Ralston is a member of the International Coach Federation and abides by their strict code of ethics. All information is kept confidential between coach and client and follows a written coaching agreement.
Executive coaching can be conducted by phone, zoom or in person. In person visits can be held at the client's place of business or a neutral setting of mutual choice.
