FAQ

How much does coaching cost?

Executive coaching is charged on an hourly basis.  The rate per hour is dependent on the needs of the client and the length of the engagement.  Please contact me for a custom quote.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Executive coaching tends to focus on the present and future rather than the past. Coaches help people identify their goals and the obstacles they are facing. Coaching involves guidance and support but also places a great deal of emphasis on action and accountability.

Will my information be kept confidential?

Susan Ralston is a member of the International Coach Federation and abides by their strict code of ethics.  All information is kept confidential between coach and client and follows a written coaching agreement.

How is coaching usually conducted?

Executive coaching can be conducted by phone, zoom or in person.  In person visits can be held at the client's place of business or a neutral setting of mutual choice.

How soon will I see results?

We believe all clients are inherently strong, capable and wise.  Executive coaching conversations can start to have a deep and meaningful impact as soon as the first session.
