Her distinguished career includes serving as COO/EVP at Old Point National Bank ($1.5B) COO/SVP Dollar Bank ($11B) and as President and CEO of Bank @lantec, where she successfully transformed the institution from a federal credit union into a federal mutual savings bank, later leading its merger with Dollar Bank in 2016.

Susan holds an MBA from Old Dominion University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington & Jefferson College. Originally from Washington, PA, Susan now resides in Virginia Beach with her husband, Jim, and their son, Jacob, a marine biology student at Coastal Carolina University. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys golfing, kayaking, biking, and cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
